It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Vetter that
the minutes of the previous meetings of March 21, 2006 be approved as read.

award the 2006 Watermain Replacement project bid to Holweger Excavating in the
amount of $251,705.50.

contribute $1,000.00 to the APPA Electric Market Reform Initiative.

It was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner Vetter to
vote in favor of the dues allocation method for the Midwest Municipal Transmission
Group, and apply for membership in the group.

It was moved by Commissioner Vetter second by Commissioner Gregoire to
declare sixteen transformers as surplus and get quotes for their sale.

authorize sending employees to Wisconsin to view a demonstration of an automat-
ic meter reading system in action.

the meeting be adjourned to a closed meeting to discuss wage negotiations.

Minutes of a closed meeting of the Water, Light, Power and Building
Commission of the City of East Grand Forks,
Minnesota held April 4, 2006 at 6:07 P.M.
Those in attendance were: Marilynn Ogden, Doug Gregoire, Clarence Vetter,
Ron Galstad, Dan Boyce, and Bonnie Abel.
The Commission's response to the Teamster's proposal was distributed. The
Commission approved the draft and directed the staff to forward it on to the
Teamster's.
At 6:15 P.M. it was moved by Commissioner Gregoire second by Commissioner
Vetter that the meeting be adjourned to the next regular meeting on April 18, 2006
at 5:00 P.M.
