Members Present: Ken Horntvedt, Char McGraw, Karoline Ketchum, Amanda Risser, Wayne Haukaas, Bruce Hasbargen and Superintendent Steve Wymore
Members Absent: None
Chairman Horntvedt called the meeting to order at 6:35 P.M.
Motion by, Ketchum, seconded by, Hasbargen, to approve the amended agenda as presented.
Motion carried.
Motion by, Hasbargen, seconded by, McGraw, to approve the items under the consent agenda with detail contained in the board packet dated November 20, 2007 with exception of minutes from 10/22/2007 & 11/07/2007. Motion carried.
Motion by, Hasbargen, seconded by, Risser, to hire Stephanie Plutko as Special Ed Paraprofessional @ B4, Step 1 and 3 hrs. /day. Motion carried.
Motion by, Hasbargen, seconded by, Haukaas, to approve fiscal year 2008 revised budget. Motion carried.
Motion by, Horntvedt, seconded by, Ketchum, to accept proposal from Border State Bank for 5 year bus lease purchase @ 4.55%. Motion carried.
Motion by, Ketchum, seconded by, Risser, to approve corrected minutes on the word, PROVIDED, spelled correctly. Motion carried.
Motion by, McGraw, seconded by, Ketchum, to approve 11/07/2007 with corrections. Motion carried.
Motion by, Haukaas, seconded by, McGraw, to adjourn at 6:42 P.M.
