Della Richards

Della Ethel Richards died on Monday, October 1, 2007 at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale. She was 86 years old.
Della was born on March 24, 1921 in Spring Lake, MN to Ernest and Abigail (Johnson) Rust. She had lived in McGrath, Brainerd and spent the last 40 years in Baudette, MN. She enjoyed shopping and did beautiful embroidery work and loved watching the Twins on television. She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as her cat Pooky. Her house, yard and visiting with her family over coffee also brought her joy.
Della is preceded in death by her husband Wallace; daughter Kathy; brothers Harold, Tommy and Everette; sisters Opel and Goldie. She is survived by her children Joan (Oakley) Robinson of McGrath, Ed (Lois) Richards of International Falls, Marlene (Maury) Olson of Baudette, Dan (Marcia) Richards of Ramsey, MN; grandchildren Tammy Robinson of McGrath, Terry Robinson of McGrath, Tara Reller of Little Fork and Clint Richards of International Falls; great-grandchildren Ashley Robinson, Brandon Richards, Tyler Richards, Wally Richards, JoJo Richards, Elizabeth Reller and Janis Reller; sisters Vera and Esther; brothers Floyd, Harland, Roland, Ted and Vernon.
Funeral services were held n Thursday, October 4, 2007 at Dresser-Methven Funeral Home in Mora with Rev. Harry Nelson officiating. Burial was at Evergreen Cemetery in Big Falls, MN on Friday, October 5, 2007.
