Freeze VB practice to begin
Northern Freeze Volleyball practice for the 2008 season will begin Monday, August 11th. The first week of practice will be at Newfolden. Practice will run from 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. The bus will leave Karlstad at approximately 7:20 A.M.Any girls that are interested in attending captain’s practice for volleyball can meet at the Karlstad gymnasium on Monday, August 4th at 7:00 P.M.
