Carol Jean (Englund) Rooker, 60, passed away at her home in Everett, WA on March 18, 2010.
    Carol will be missed by many people. She was creative, funny and generous.  She thoroughly enjoyed her flowers and her craft work. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. Carol was grateful and happy that she was blessed with one grandchild, Jadon, who she got to spend time with before she passed away. Carol was very happy to finally be a part of the grandma’s club.
    Carol was born in Thief River Falls, MN on November 8, 1949, to Gene and Betty Englund. Carol lived in many areas during her life, but especially enjoyed living in Everett, WA with her husband Michael. She also enjoyed the years spent in the Sutter Creek, CA area.
    Carol is survived by her daughter: Sheena (Jonathan) Rohrbach: and grandson: Jadon Rohrbach of Roscoe, SD; two brothers: Jim (Joyce) Englund of Brooklyn Center, MN, and Johnny Englund of Everett, WA; three nieces: Christine Lotz, Jessica Kvanbeck and Brett Englund; seven uncles: Dan, George and Paul Magnuson and Richard, Jimmy, Louie and Larry Englund; and many dear friends.
    Carol was preceded in death by her infant son: Shannon Christy: husband: Michael Rooker; father: Gene Englund; and mother: Betty Englund; and grandparents: Nimrod and Nora (Petterson) Englund of Karlstad.
    Burial arrangements will be held in Lake Bronson, MN, in August 2010.
