Darrel David Ware, 75

Redding, CA.   He served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 through 1956; then with the Navy Reserves until 1961.  He owned and operated Ware Trucking for many years.  He worked very hard during those years, doing his own repairs and ending up with 10 trucks.  He and Jeanie were married on December 13, 1980.

They moved to Baudette, MN and started Wild Wood Bed and Breakfast and health retreat.  He cut and cleared the ash wood from his property; in much the woodwork is displayed throughout his home.  He enjoyed his yard-work, his carpentry projects, and fishing when he had time.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jeanie Ware of Baudette; daughters, Debra Dee of Baudette, Marcia Vincent of Baudette, and Nancy Warner of Niles, MI; son, Russell Pumford of Baudette; grandchildren, Jennifer Loudin of Granger, IN, Jaclyn Trazolo of Granger, IN, Jessica Pumford of La Porte, IN, Nathan Loudin of Granger, IN and Russell Pumford III of La Porte, IN; 3 great-grandchildren; and cousins, Delinda Oseid of Anoka, MN, David Peterson of Temple, TX, Anita Willett of Park Rapids, MN, Joan in CA and Shirley Luce of New Jersey.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 21st at 2 PM at Helgeson Funeral Home in Baudette, MN.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service with Interment at the Graceton Cemetery.  Military rites by the Baudette Veterans Ceremonial Squad.
