The South 100 feet of the West 170 feet of Outlot 27 in Auditor’s Plat of Outlots 17 through 64, Section 36, Township 152 North, Range 50 West, 5th P.M., together with a perpetual easement across the South 10 feet of Outlot 27, from the East line of said Outlot to the East line of the above-described tract, for the installation, construction, repair, and maintenance, underground, of water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, or other utility lines, provided, however, that second party, its successors and assigns, shall at its own expense restore the surface to the same condition it was at the time of such installation, construction, repair and maintenance, and EXCEPT that part conveyed to the State of Minnesota by the deed recorded in Book 477 of Deeds, on page 87.

INFORMATION REGARDING FORECLOSURE
