Brady Dwight Hasson, 36

Brady Dwight Hasson was born in Greenbush, MN. on March 6, 1975 to Dwight and Darcy (Erickson) Hasson.  He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and attended school in Greenbush.  Brady graduated from Greenbush High School in 1994 and then went on to attend Detroit Lakes Technical College in Detroit Lakes, MN., graduating in 1996.  
Following his graduation he worked for Polaris Industries in Roseau until 2002 and then for the WOTT Group NASCAR tour for a number of years.  He later worked for the city of Greenbush from 2002 to 2004 and was currently working for the Roseau County Co-op Association (RCCA) in Greenbush.  
Brady passed away unexpectedly on May 23, 2011 at Sanford Medical Center in Thief River Falls, MN. at the age of 36 years, 2 months, and 17 days.
Brady was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Greenbush, and the Thief River Falls Trap Club/NW Sporting Clays.
He enjoyed being a gun safety instructor for a number of years, Fire Warden, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting on his trap league, dart league, and spending time with his nieces.
Brady is survived by his parents: Dwight and Darcy Hasson of Greenbush, sisters: Gena Hasson of Cottage Grove, MN., Brittany (Brian) Burkel of Greenbush; brother: Striker Hasson of East Grand Forks, MN, his Spanish sister: Marta Rey of Seattle, WA, Grandparents: Jim and Marge Hasson, and Fauncie Erickson of Greenbush, 4 nieces: Ashlin & Hope Hasson and Bella Riyen & Berlyn Burkel, along with many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal Grandmother: Irene Erickson, his Uncle: Scott Hasson, and two Aunts: Elise Hasson and Tina Marie Erickson, and his 2 faithful hunting partners: Zeek & Kizer.
Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 27, 2011 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Greenbush with Fr. Luis Buitron presiding.  
Eucharistic Ministers were Tammy & Efrem Novacek and Larry & Michelle Kern.  Altar Servers were Ely & Ethan Novacek, Mason & Gannon Kuznia, and Jake Taggert.  Music was provided by Jeanne Novacek, Organist, and Pastor Todd Erickson and Deb Novacek,
Vocalists.  The Reader for the Mass was JoLeah Hasson and the Gift Bearers were Brandt Becker, Leah Hasson, Bella Burkel, Dodie Robeck, and Doug & Gwen Hasson.  Brady’s Casket Bearers were Luke Novacek, Josh Kern, Simon Kern, Pete Kern, Jamen Foss, Jared FossDamion Becker, Dillion Janousek, Les Olson, and Glen Bode.  Honorary Bearers were Brady’s Roseau County Co-op (RCCA) co-workers, the T.R.F. Trap Club/NW Sporting Clays, Brady’s God Children: Leah Hasson, Brandt Becker, Bella Burkel, and all of Brady’s many, many friends.  
Vistation was held after 6:00 PM, Thursday, at the Church with a prayer service at 7:00 PM, and also one hour prior to services.
Interment was held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Cemetery following services.
