Roseau County:  All of Section Thirty-one (31), in Township One Hundred Sixty-two (162) North, Range Forty-four (44) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Roseau County, according to the United States Government survey thereof.
Polk County:  The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2 NE1/4), of Section Fourteen (14), Township One Hundred Forty-eight (148) North of Range Forty-three (43) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Polk County.
Lake of the Woods County:  The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2 SE1/4), Section Twenty (20), Township One Hundred Sixty (160), Range Thirty-two (32) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Lake of the Woods County.

AMOUNT DUE AND CLAIMED TO BE DUE AS OF DATE OF NOTICE INCLUDING TAXES, IF ANY, PAID BY MORTGAGEE:  $410,269.63
THAT prior to the commencement of this mortgage foreclosure proceeding mortgagee complied with all notice requirements as required by statute;
THAT no action or proceeding has been instituted at law or otherwise to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof;
PURSUANT to the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the above described property will be sold by the Sheriff of said county as follows:

PLACE OF SALE:  Polk County Sheriff Office, 600 Bruce Street, Crookston, Minnesota.
to pay the debt secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements, including attorney’s fees allowed by law subject to redemption within twelve (12) months from the date of said sale by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns.  
The Mortgagee intends to have the property sold in three separate tracts, with the first tract being the property in Roseau County; the second tract being the property in Polk County; and the third tract being the property in Lake of the Woods County.  No more tracts will be sold than necessary to satisfy the amount due on the mortgage at the date of notice of such sale, with interest, taxes paid, and costs of sale.
Time and Date to Vacate Property:  If the real estate is an owner-occupied, single-family dwelling, unless otherwise provided by law, the date on or before which the mortgagors must vacate the property if the mortgage is not reinstated under Minn. Stat. Section 580.30, or the property is not redeemed under Minn. Stat. Section 580.23, is 11:59 p.m. on July 28, 2012.
