Those bidders submitted the four (4) highest bids shall have the opportunity to increase their bids orally following the bid opening. Each bidder must indicate the bidder’s name on the outside of their respective bid envelope. The seller, Ferial Abraham, Personal Representative, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities or negotiate a private sale. Sale is for cash and the successful bidder must furnish 5% of the purchase price as a down payment and enter into a Purchase Agreement on or about January 5, 2012.
