A parcel of land which is part of Government lot Four (4) of Section Twenty-Six (26), Township One Hundred Sixty-three (163) North,Range Thirty-Seven (37) West, bounded as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the west line of the said section twenty-six (26) and the northerly 100 foot right-of-way line of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 11; thence North 00°32’00” West along the said West Line of Section Twenty-Six (26) a distance of 722.85 feet; thence North 89°27’40” East a distance of 33 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel being described; thence continuing North 89° 27’40” East a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 00°32’20” East a distance of 230.00 feet; thence South 89°27’40” West a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 00°32’20” West a distance of 230.00 feet to the point of beginning, Containing 1.06 acres.
Subject to a utility easement over the easterly 15 feet of the above described parcel.
STEVEN M. SKAPPEL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, INTEREST OR LIEN UPON THE REAL ESTATE LISTED IN THE CAPTION.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court
on September 11, 2012, at 10 a.m., at the Roseau County Courthouse, Roseau,
Minnesota, and then or as soon thereafter as said matter can be heard, show cause, if any there be, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with her of a certified copy of this
Order, cancel Certificate ofTitle No. 156 and enter a new Certificate ofTitle for the land therein described in favor of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, c/o Bank of America, 400 Countrywide Way, Mailstop SV-74, Simi Valley, CA 93065, and free from all other memorials now appearing on the present Certificate ofTitle, the last ofwhich is Document No. 758, and free also from the memorial of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order be served as follows:
1. At least 10 days before the hearing upon the above-named parties, (except USA) residing in this State in the manner provided by law for the service ofthe Summons in a civil action;
2. At least 14 days before the hearing upon each ofthe above-named nonresidents by sending a copy ofthis Order to the nonresident’s post office address, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested;
3. Upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks
published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least 14 days before the
hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title, if an address is so stated; and
4. Upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chp. 302A, 303, 317A, 322A, 322B, or 323 in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. § 5.25.
