Glenn “Rabbit” Christiansen, 67

Glenn “Rabbit” Christiansen, 67, of East Grand Forks, MN died Monday, September 3, 2012 at his home.  Glenn “Rabbit” Christiansen was born March 31, 1945 in Grand Forks, ND the son of Clarence and Olga (Jacobsen) Christiansen.  He grew up in Grand Forks and graduated from Grand Forks Central High School in 1963.  He married Laurie Ford in Grand Forks, ND on December 28, 1963.  He worked at Bridgeman Creamery, Richmond Engineering and for the University of North Dakota.
 
He is survived by his wife Laurie of East Grand Forks; children: Todd (Sally Freese) Christiansen of East Grand Forks; Ryan Christiansen and girlfriend Dianah of Sauk Rapids, MN; Matt (Tania) Christiansen of East Grand Forks, MN; Stephanie Christiansen of Sauk Rapids; grandchildren: Kyle (fiancé Melissa), Alex, Blake, Cole, Kiah, Kendra, Max, Anna, Jack and Sara; one sister, Marian Enright of East Grand Forks; sister-in- law, Alyce-Mae Christiansen of East Grand Forks; and brother-in-law Jim Weber of Thompson, ND.  He is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Donna Weber and one brother Harvey Christiansen.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
