NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of a judgment entered in the above-entitled action on April 29, 2014, a certified transcript of which has been delivered to me, I, the undersigned Sheriff of Roseau County, Minnesota, will sell at public auction, in one parcel, to the highest bidder, on the 24th day of July 2014, at 10:00 A.M. in the main office of the Roseau County Sheriff604 5th Avenue Southwest, Roseau, Minnesota 56751, the real estate described in said judgment, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE ¼ SW ¼)  of Section Thirty-six (36), Township One Hundred Sixty-three (163)  North, Range Thirty-five (35) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Minnesota, described as follows, to wit:  Starting at the SW corner of Section 36, Township 163  North, range 35 West, thence due East 1706 feet to the point of beginning of the tract to be conveyed; thence continuing due East 660 feet, thence due North 600 feet; thence due West 660 feet; thence due South 600 feet to the point of beginning.

Said sale will be made to satisfy the sum of $77,016.95 found and adjudged to be due on said judgment as of April 29, 2014, plus such additional interest, costs and disbursements, as allowed by law, and subject to redemption by the mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns, six (6) months from the date of the Order Confirming Sale.
