Members Present: Chair Tom Eaton, Vice-Chair/Acting Clerk Tim Lyon, Director Doug Nosan, Director Tim Pelach, Director Jeff Birchem and Interim Superintendent Jeff Nelson

Chair Eaton called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Pledge of Allegiance

Motion by, Lyon, seconded by, Pelach, to approve the 2013-2015 LWEA Teacher Contract.  Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by, Eaton, seconded by, Pelach, to name Jeff Nelson, current Elementary Principal in Lake of the Woods School as Elementary Principal and Acting Superintendent for the 2014/15 school year. As Acting Superintendent, Mr. Nelson will be compensated an additional $1,500 per month beginning on August 1^st, 2014 through June 30^th, 2015.  Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by, Lyon, seconded by, Pelach, to name Brian Novak as a Teacher on Special Assignment as Interim High School Principal.  Mr. Novak will be compensated an additional $1,870. 00 per month beginning August 21, 2014 through June 30^th, 2015.  Birchem/aye, Lyon/aye, Pelach/aye, Eaton/aye, Waibel/nay, Nosan/nay.  Motion carries.
