Jack Vernon Bollman, died Monday, July 6, 2015 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND due to Anencephaly.
Jack Bollman was born July 5, 2015 infant son of Mitchell and Danielle Bollman. He lived for 17 hours in the arms of those who loved him. Jack was beautiful, strong, and courageous leaving an impression on everyone he met. He was baptized a child of God.
Jack is survived by his parents Mitch and Danielle Bollman, twin brother Anders Bollman, grandparents, Ginny Bollman of Grand Forks, and Greg Christopher of Breckenridge, MN. He is preceded in death by grandparents Jim Bollman and Deb Christopher.
Memorial Services: Visitation will be held Thursday, July 30th from 5-7 with 7 PM Prayer Service at Dahl Funeral Home, East Grand Forks, MN.
