PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

LAKE OF THE WOODS COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

There will be a Lake of the Woods County Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment hearing on Wednesday, September 9^th, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. in the Commissioners Room of the County Government Center in Baudette, Minnesota. The Commission/Board will consider the following request:

Richard Babler – Owner        A 4 acre tract in the NE corner               A Petition to Amend the Zoning

Dale Peterson – applicant     of Govt. Lot 3 of Section 5 and a            Ordinance, for a zone change

                                                   210’ x 448’ tract in the NW4NE4            from a Low Density Residential

                                                   of Section 8, T-163N, R-34W                 District & a Natural Environment

                                                   Lakewood – Parcel 14.05.31.010          District to a Commercial  

                                                   and 14.08.12.010                                     Recreation District for the purpose of establishing a fish house rental business with future development of RV campsites, cabins and a residence.
