NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (0909)

The East Grand Forks Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider the application from Kevin Marcotte  for Preliminary and possible Final Plat approval of the Plat named MGI Grain Resubdivision being a Replat of Lots 1 and 2,  Block 1, Burlington Northern Industrial Park and part of  unplatted Government Lot 6, Section 1, Township 151N, Range 30W, to the City of East Grand Forks.  
This replat combines a portion of Lot 2 and the unplatted Government lot to increase the lot size for Mr. Marcotte to construct a new building addition; and gives MGI Grain the northern tip of the unplatted lot for access.  The northerly 10’ portion of a 25’ utility easement that runs parallel to TH Business 2 will be vacated.
This Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. NOON in the East Grand Forks City Hall Training Room, located at 600 DeMers Avenue, East Grand Forks, MN.
