Bonnie Lou Neumiller Vickaryous, 77

Bonnie Lou Neumiller Vickaryous age 77 of Northwest Angle, MN passed away on December 12, 2015 near her home at Northwest Angle.
Bonnie was born on September 18, 1939 in Warroad, MN to Pearl (Jordan) and John Neumiller. She grew up in Warroad, MN and attended school there. She and David Vickaryous were married on October 6, 1956. She stayed at home to raise her five children, and later moved to Henry, IL. They spent their summers traveling when Dave would be working on the road. She owned and operated the Bonnie’s Café in Blaine, MN and one in Lino Lakes, MN. They moved to Northwest Angle full-time in 1999. She operated the Pine Creek Pub at Northwest Angle for several years and ran Grumpy’s and the Sliver Dollar in Warroad. She loved her time at the Angle.
She enjoyed cooking for her family; and loved spending time with her grandkids. She will be remembered for her homemade bread, cookies and caramel rolls. Her love of family was extraordinary. She was one of a kind!
She is survived her husband, David Vickaryous of Northwest Angle; Children, David A. (Amber) Vickaryous of Petersburg, ND, Carole (Dave Nathe) Vickaryous of Elk River, MN, Jim (Michelle) Vickaryous of Memphis, TN, Scott (Polly) Vickaryous of Warroad, Kaye (Raymond) Horner of Warroad, MN; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Caleb; siblings, Jack Neumiller and Linda Johnston.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 16th at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Warroad. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Tuesday at Helgeson Funeral Home in Warroad. Interment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
