Mark Thomas Dinndorf, 51
Mark Thomas Dinndorf, age 51 of Edina, passed away January 1, 2016 after a courageous and hard fought battle with cancer. Born on January 28, 1964 to Tom and Mary Dinndorf in Baudette, MN, Mark was a devoted husband, doting father and respected business leader who loved the outdoors; in particular Maui and Lake of the Woods.
Mark’s career spanned across four decades where he led product marketing initiatives with major brands Rollerblade® and Best Buy®; and for the past 12 years he played a major role in product development strategy for Red Wing Shoe®.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Mary, and niece, Alicia Ellis. He is survived by his best friend and beautiful wife, Carla, cherished daughter Ema, father Tom, siblings Ann Ellis, Kathleen Armstrong, Mike Dinndorf and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 at St. Hubert’s Catholic Church in Chanhassen, MN at 11:00am; with visitation beginning at 10:00am. Flowers should be directed to the church; or in lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to support the American Cancer Society.
