CITY OF BAUDETTE ACCEPTING BIDS ON LOTS IN EAST BAUDETTE
The City of Baudette is accepting sealed bids for Lots 5 and 6, Block 16 of the Second Addition to East Beaudette—located on 3rd Avenue SE. The sale of the property includes the following conditions: 1) Buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with the sale of the property, 2) A residential structure meeting the local land use ordinances must be constructed within 1 year of closing, 3) The City is willing to consider deferred lot and utility connection payments. Payment for the property and connections is due within one year or when the property is sold whichever comes first, and 3) The minimum bid is $5,000. Questions about land use ordinances can be directed to Steve Sindelir at 218-434-3093. Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on April 15th. Bids may be sent to City of Baudette (labeled City Land Bid) P.O. Box 548 Baudette, MN 56623 or delivered to city hall. The City of Baudette reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
