NOTICE OF HEARING As part of the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Percy Township, the Board of Supervisors shall hold a hearing at six-thirty o’clock p.m. (6:30 pm) on the 5th day of April, 2017, at the residence of Judy and Gary Bronson, 3724 240th Street, Lake Bronson, Minnesota, for the purpose of adopting the following resolution: RESOLVED, that for the purposes of interpreting the current Kittson County Zoning Ordinance, within Lakeside Subdivision the portion of any lot which is bounded by Second Street, Fourth Street, or Sixth Street is hereby deemed the back lot. Likewise, within Lakeside Subdivision the portion of any lot which is bounded by First Street, Third Street, or Fifth Street is hereby deemed the front lot. Said resolution is considered for the purpose of clarifying the County setback rules as applied to Lakeside Subdivision and promoting the orderly and safe development of the same. All members of the public are invited to appear and give testimony. Written comments may be submitted (if received prior to the hearing) by U.S. Mail to Percy Township, 3724 240th St., Lake Bronson, MN 5673. March 16, 2017
