PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

CITY OF BAUDETTE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT/PLANNING COMMISSION

There will be a City of Baudette Board of Adjustment /Planning Commission hearing on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in Baudette, Minnesota. The Board will consider the following request:

Hometown Hardware                lying North of STH #11                        the City of Baudette Zoning Ordinance, to

Rick Blodgett – Owner              Spooner – PID #60.03.12.021                allow the applicant to locate a  new sign less than the required 15 feet from a front lot line in a C-2 District.
