Danielle Alexius Boushey; her successors SUMMONS and assigns, if any, and all other persons unknown claiming any interest, right, title, estate, lien, encumbrance or claim in the real estate described in the Complaint. Defendants. THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: You and each of you are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, an Answer or other proper response to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you, and which is now filed in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court, within twenty-one (21) days after the first date of publication of this Summons. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT: This action involves, affects or brings into question real property situated in the County of Polk and State of Minnesota described as follows: The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast quarter (NE1/4 SE1/4), the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2SE1/4SE1/4) and that part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2SE1/4SE1/4) lying northeasterly of the marais, all in Section Nineteen (19), Township One Hundred Fifty-one (151) North of Range Forty-nine (49) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, EXCEPT that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E1/2SE1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township One Hundred Fifty-one (151) North Range Forty-nine (49) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of Section Nineteen (19); thence North along the west line of Section 19 a distance of 1,335 feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence west and parallel to the south line of said Section 19, a distance of 400 feet to a point; thence deflecting right at an angle of 45° in a northwesterly direction, a distance of 260 feet to a point; thence north and parallel with the east line of said Section 19, a distance of 207 feet to a point; thence East and parallel with the south line of said Section 19, a distance of 570 feet, more or less, to the east line of said Section 19; thence south along said east line a distance of 394 feet to the point of beginning. AND EXCEPT A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 151 North, Range 49 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 19; thence West along the South line of said Section 19, a distance of 536.57 feet to a point; thence deflecting right at an angle of 57°45’31” in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 325.05 feet to a point; thence east, parallel with the said South line of said Section 19, a distance of 716.05 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 19; thence South along said east line a distance of 275.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 3.95 acres, more or less, less 0.78 acres for roadway right-of-way. The object of this action is to obtain the judgment of said Court: making a determination regarding Plaintiff’s title, as acquired by a Trustee’s Deed; making a determination of all adverse claims to the above described tract of land; adjudging that Plaintiff is the owner in fee simple absolute; adjudging that Plaintiff is entitled to possession of said tract of land and the whole thereof; adjudging that Defendants in said action, and each of them, have no right, title, claim, interest, or estate in or to said tract of land or lien thereon; and adjudging such other relief as the Court shall deem proper.
