Winter Storm Threat Friday and Friday Night

A wintery and wet storm system will begin to move into the area Friday and continue into Saturday. There is the potential for some heavy snow accumulations, mainly in the Devils Lake and Sheyenne River Basins. Temperatures will be near the freezing mark, and some rain may mix in and/or there could be melting on roadways during the daytime, which could have an impact on snow totals.
