Paulette,
I just spoke with Duane Midboe who told me that Lauren has departed to be with the Lord. May Lauren’s memory be eternal.
Lauren was a quiet, kind and encouraging person. His boyhood wasn’t a life on easy-street, yet, he was always easy-going and a true friend.
Regretfully, after college and the military draft and service, my life changed and we didn’t keep in touch. Forgive me for that. If you are visiting family in Greenville, NC, it’s possible that I could drive over to have coffee with you in that it is only 80 miles from where we live.
Blessings to you, your children and your grandchildren,
Ron
