This year’s 47th Annual Greenbush Community Halloween bash is scheduled to take place on Sunday, October 27, 2019. The Greenbush-Middle River school gym is the place to be. Hours are from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and is free of charge.
Children of all ages are invited to come and enjoy a family-friendly, fun atmosphere in a safe environment. Come and register for door prizes, enjoy caramel apples, cotton candy, games, and balloons! And, don’t forget to fancy up for the costume judging contest beginning on the stage at 4:30 p.m.
You’re also invited to slide on over to the school cafeteria where the FCCLA will be serving lunch from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. For $5.00, satisfy your appetite with a Mummy dog or BOO! BBQ, ghostly chips, cauldron cupcakes, and yummy-gummy punch.
A huge “Thank You!” to Halloween committee members Bridget Stenberg, Merri Vacura, Jessica Kuznia, Kara Heggedal, Gretchen Berg, Stacy Reese, and Brandy Burslie.
An expression of gratitude also goes to the local businesses who play a huge role in supporting this event along with those who contribute monetary donations in the Halloween containers at local business places!
Reminder: To help protect the gymnasium’s new wood floor, please wear soft-soled footwear.
Local residents … If you wish to have Trick or Treaters come calling at your residence on Halloween night, Thursday, October 31, please leave your porch lights on.
HAVE A “BOO”TIFUL HALLOWEEN!
