Local Veterans Day program to be held on November 11

The Greenbush Veterans Day program will be held on 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2019, at the Greenbush campus of the GMR school gymnasium.

The program includes:
•Posting of the Colors by the Greenbush and Middle River American Legion – Drum roll by John Novacek

•Welcome by Mr. Larry Guggisberg

•Invocation by Piper Sondreal

•“Star Spangled Banner” performed by the GMR choir, grades seven thru twelve.

• “Pledge of Allegiance” led by the first grade.

•”We Honor You” by the GMR third, fourth, fifth, and sixth grade choir.

•”Officer of the Day” presented by the GMR Concert Band

•Introduction of Speaker by Mrs. Sharon Schultz

•Veterans Day Speaker – Candice Caudill

•Tribute to the Armed Forces by GMR High School choir

•Introduction of Veterans – Stacy Dahl

•Playing of Taps – Max Utter

•Retiring of the Colors – Drum roll by Christian Wahl

Choir and band performances are under the direction of Mr. Andrew McCormick.
